Being very young, he became interested in the world of acting, and took his first steps on the stages with the guidance of the Shakespeare Foundation of Valencia.

In theater, he has participated in numerous productions, many of them adaptations of classics. Some of his most relevant works are Raúl Tejón’s El huerto de guindos, Carme Portaceli’s Troyanas, Ignasi Vidal’s Dribbling, and the raw portrayal of Luis Luque’s Marat-Sade. In 2025 he plays Los cuernos de don Friolera, directed by Ainhoa Amestoy, in Teatros del Canal.

His television filmography is extensive. He started in the late ’90s appearing in short films, TV movies, and Valencian and Catalan series, among which stand out his roles in Ambiciones and El cor de la ciutat. He soon gained national recognition for his work in Hospital Central, where he portrayed Dr. Manuel Aimé for twelve seasons. In his later years, he juggled this series with Amar en tiempos revueltos, in which he filmed over two hundred episodes as Mauricio Salcedo Ariza. Also noteworthy is his participation in the series La Reina del Sur, Gran Nord, and El Señor de los Cielos. His most recognized television work has been in El Ministerio del Tiempo, with a character of great charisma and complexity: Alonso de Entrerríos. Among his recent TV appearances, his roles in Madres. Amor y vida, Fúria, Cuéntame cómo pasó, Bosé, and Reina Roja are of special relevance. In 2025 he participates in Asuntos internos for RTVE, and El círculo del asesino for Netflix. In 2026 the series Ella, maldita alma is released in Telecinco, and he joins the cast for the third season of the series Respira, directed by Carlos Montero, also for Netflix.

His first appearance on the big screen was in Tranvía a la malvarrosa, directed by José Luis García Sánchez in 1997. Since then, alongside his theater and television career, he has been part of the cast of numerous films, including Silvia Quer’s Febrero, Azucena Rodríguez’s Atlas de geografía humana, Rodrigo Sorogoyen’s El Reino, and David Marqués’ En temporada baja. His latest work is Verano en diciembre, directed by Carolina África.
