One of the most recognizable faces in Spanish cinema, she has had a long career as an actress in film, theater, and television.

She has appeared in over 40 feature films, numerous short films, and has worked with acclaimed directors such as Pedro Almodóvar, Gerardo Vera, José Luis García Sánchez, Álex de la Iglesia, José Luis Garci, Icíar Bollaín, and Marina Seresesky, among many others. Some of her most notable films include Todo por la pasta, Cosas que dejé en la Habana, Pagafantas, and Las heridas del viento.

In theater, she has worked under the direction of directors such as José Tamayo, John Strasberg, Miguel Narros or Pilar Miró. Her most recent play is Música para Hitler, directed by Juan Carlos Rubio in 2025.

On television, she has appeared in series such as Las chicas del cable, La casa de papel, Todos mienten or Express. In 2025 she stars in Dos Tumbas for Netflix.
In 2020, she participated in the drama El inconveniente in the role of Lola, a lively and somewhat eccentric elderly woman who resides in an apartment sold in bare ownership.

In 2023 she stars in Mamacruz under the direction of Patricia Ortega. Kiti portrays an older religious woman who rediscovers her sexuality through the internet. In 2026 she shoots El acercamiento de la mujer cactus y el hombre globo, directed by Kike Maíllo, and s 9 Lunas, also directed by Patricia Ortega, is released.

In 2023 she has received the Espiga de Honor for her entire professional career at the Valladolid International Film Week.
